If the first part of the Voice-over created is not audible, you can try two things:
1. Download the file and try to listen to the file in a different mp3 player.
2. Try to use a different output device (headset/speakers).
Many devices have a power saving mode that allows the headset to turn off, and when you play the recording, the first second when the speaker is powering on, the word is not audible.
